I LOVE my blender!! I got same day delivery which was impressive. The online customer support was great, Lise answered all my questions and even called me in the morning to make sure I we had covered everything. The two reciepe books ai recieved with the blender added a special touch. Areas for improvement: The round opening encorporated into the lid to fit the stick through. It's not easy to take off, and feels rather thin and cheap compared to the rest of the materials that make up the base and jug. I would suggest that this they produce a cap in rubber, like the rest of the lid. And to also include a little handle on it for easy removal. It would be nice to recieve a discount code that would go toward my next purchase e.g the smoothie cup
