I have an OmniBlend that is roughly 10-years old. It was sold by HealthMaker's who covered all the OmniBlend logo's with HealthMaker's branding. The blade in the jug broke and I tried to get it repaired with HealthMaker's but it didn't work out. My boyfriend bought me a Nutribullet 600 Series which I then used compromisingly. Recently, the Nutribullet broke. I then pulled the shelved OmniBlend. I contacted HealthMakers again and was redirected to Jan who runs Omniblend in Cape Town. I phoned and got it repaired on the same day. He was quite surprised to see the age of my unit. What I LOVED the most is that the unit could be repaired after a decade in a world that thrives on disposibility and consumerism. I was beeming! My high power blender is back in action. My overall experience of OmniBlend Cape Town was excellent. Further, the product is fantastic, especially after so many years.
