From the on-line order to delivery was a seamless and quick service. We are pleased to have invested in this more powerful and industrial machine. So far, we have made delicious smoorhies and look forward to making nut butters. Advice, hand wash jugs immediately after use as the remains set hard quite quickly and don't get the bottom "mechanics" wet/dry off immediately. Also, fill the jug with contents and put on lid before putting it on the rubber machine top to blend. This will save the rubber top from undue pressure. Thanks Omniblend, great service so far!
