Good morning. I usually do a lot of homework before I buy anything. Your site came up when i started my investigation and i looked no further!! I have not used the blender yet, tooo busy setting up my coffee trailer and still have to source smoothie recipies. Then only will start practising. I also like to take good care of my equipment and off course do not want to harm my expensive blender, so was expecting a bit more in terms on "training" / do's and dont's. Do remember Liz mentioned something about not too use refrozen bananas and am wondering why? Thanks though, will hear from me again after starting to use. Lizmarie
