Hi. I don't want to complain and don't want this review to go public because you gave me great service when I ordered and you sent the wrong colour. You were quick to return and sent the right colour thank you. I just want to ask...is it normal that the machine makes a very loud noise when in use almost unbearable loud and then after a few seconds it starts giving off the smell of something burning. Is this normal? Its a very strong machine and blends easily
