Had an issue with a split sole within the warranty period. Contacted On Duty and in line with policy sent the boots to be assessed and was told ‘it wouldn’t be covered under warranty.’ When I contacted Garmont, they quickly looked at PICTURES of the boot and easily provided a replacement. Why couldn’t On Duty do the same? Clearly they didn’t even contact Garmont. Very disappointed and won’t use On Duty again.
