I cant thank customer service enough. i couldnt access my account, so i made a new account and couldnt find my course so they helped very quickly to fix this. then i had an issue with the getting the certificate due to having two accounts so again this was quickly sorted. both were my errors and they were very happy to help fix my issues.it also didnt feel like they were dealing with 10 people at the same (when you reply and wait 20 min for a reply like other customer support places) so that is a huge 10/10 for me. So a huge thank you to the customer service team they a great job!
