Good course content but deceptive advert, POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP, no response to mail or chats for more than 24hrs now. Highly disappointed! I originally purchased this course via reed.co.uk. There it was advertised that CPD certificate will be awarded free of charge if one passes the assessment. At the end of the course, I have been attempting to submit my assessment to no avail because I refused to enter my account details for debit. Why willy you advertise that CPD certificate is free when you know that another payment is to be made after the initial course purchase payment. This receipt negates everything the course stands for.
