Initial took course Sage 50 Accounting and Payroll v23 course in January 2020. Did course even though they added new versions of Sage 50 (v25). Did all the modules but when I was about to do the Mock Exam the course disappeared from my account. I sent a complaint via online chat was told it would be rectified in a week or so. Over a month later it wasn't resolved. I complain again on chat and was informed had problems with that course and they put another Sage 50 Account course on my account dashboard but this is totally different to what I initially signed up for and spent 7 months during that course. They now seem to want me to redo the course again even though I had already spent 7 months during the previous course. I sent a formal complaint form over 3 weeks ago (now 7 Aug 2020) and heard nothing back from them. I feel that I have no guarantee that I would be able to take the final exam. If it was possible I would give only half a star but only a full star is possible to select.
I am totally dissatisfied with One Education for their lack of support and I won't be recommending this to anyone.
