I had been out on a walk with my kids, my beautiful gifted blanket fell out of the pram and I accidentally ran it over and put a hole in it. I was devastated. I reached out to One Little Day in the hopes they done repairs or could point me in the right direction where I could possibly get it repaired. I woke up to the kindest response. They sent me a coupon code to replace the entire blanket, plus shipping!!! I could not believe it since obviously was a mistake on my behalf. One of the most kindest & thoughtful companies I’ve ever come across. Also it was on Valentine’s Day ❤️not only are their blankets stunning. What a beautiful company. So appreciative xx
