Called for skip this morning, EXTREMELY efficient at taking payment. Was told that I’ll be contacted for eta. Wasn’t called the driver and skip arrived, I wasn’t there. Only allowed a short time to load,there were 3 men doing this. Had I known that the collection would be taking place, one other person would have been there, making it quicker and easier. Most of the waste has been left behind. To cap it all, I couldn’t make an informed decision for mattresses to be taken away at extra cost of £36.00, was going to be charged £108 for 3. Had I been on site, I wouldn’t have agreed to this extra cost for the mattresses to be taken., . I protested, the extra charge was waived.
