where do I start! Was told when transferred that Onecom would cover the cost of transfer, only to be presented with a bill for over £1100 from my previous provider for hardware that onecom told me to ignore and they weren't accountable for it. I had to pay it, so £1100 out of pocket. Secondly they sent me 2 dongles, so I informed them and I sent one back to them as I am honest
only to be chased for 3 months for it. I eventually sent the the second one I was supposed to have back just to get them off my back as I said I didn't need a dongle in the first place. Then to top it all off my phone was disconnected the bank holiday weekend. When I eventually got through to them they put me on to Vodaphone who informed me that the direct debit had been not set up. On checking the bank details the sort code was correct but I don't who the account number was it certainly wasn't the account number I gave them. I can only say the the service given by Onecom was and is shambolic. I have never dealt with a company that have managed to get everything wrong they touch.
