Avoid like the plague!!!
They use misleading sales tactics to sell phone contracts without a cooling off period. They mis represent the cost and discounts, they don't tell you the discounts do not last the full contract length and they don't state the full monthly figure inc VAT on the contract that they hard sell you over the phone. You end up paying way more than stated. Terrible, unscrupulous company, please avoid ONECOM !!!
I am waiting on a deadlock letter so I can take it to CISAS, I wish I had seen the reviews prior to answering the call!
