Absolutely brilliant I placed my order on a Saturday night and within an hour they had contacted me to say because I had ticked that it was a gift they included a card and what message would I like. Also they noticed that I hadn't changed the shipping address so queried it. The expected delivery date was 7 days hence but the parcel arrived in 3 days. The item in question is very high quality. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
