Abgesehen von Top-Qualität und Funktionalität der Produkte ist vor allem der Kontakt zum Support super. Die Produkte erleichtern tatsächlich meinen Alltag. Das klingt zwar etwas strange, da es sich "nur" um Rucksäcke handelt. Andererseits sind es tägliche Begleiter. Da ist es gut ein Gefühl von Verlässlichkeit zu haben ... bezüglich des Produkts UND des Teams hinter dem Produkt.
Zudem gibt auch das Gesamtkonzept von Onemate mit Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit und Transparenz ein gutes Gefühl. Letztlich kauft man ja nicht nur ein Produkt.
