Das Produkt ist gut durchdacht, allerdings leider mangelhaft in der Verarbeitung. Mein Rucksack war nach ca. einem jalben Jahr schon kaputt.
Eine komplette Katastrophe ist der Service/Support/Kommunikation. Man erhält entweder keine Antwort oder erst nach mehrmaligem Nachhaken nach vielen Tagen und dann sind die Infos nur sehr unzureichend. Man weiss zu keiner zeit woran man genau ist. Bis heute (ca. 6 Wochen nach Reklamierung) habe ich weder einen Neuen, noch meinen alten Rucksack zurück.
Ganz klar würde ich davon abraten hier zu kaufen. Nie wieder!!!
