I ordered their most expensive bag. The website claimed there was stock and a 3 day delivery window. 9 days later I found out the company had not shipped due to a logistics issue and was assured by customer service that the item would be sent immediately and I was even given a tracking number for a shipment that didn't actually ship until another 7 days had passed. Finally after threatening to pull my payment the item arrived within 3 days. This experience is not only disappointing, It is discouraging. I have all the understanding for software problems. but lack of communication or to fulfill the promises made both on the website aswell as via their customer service made me not want to buy there. The trust is gone. The product however at least seems in order. I'll give them that.
