I really like your products but the scarcity marketing strategy, the over promising of product and the very rare product restocks of the effortless and mellow soft collections are a constant disappointment and puts me off ordering from new collections as you can usually only get random pieces from different collections in different colours and nothing fully complete as its always sold out. Quality of the products themselves are fantastic besides the white mellow soft, far too sheer but I know that's the nature of the material.
