It's my fist time ordering from the Website, so I'm a little bit disappointed for 2 reasons, : 1. No live chat to help with the order, picking sizes and model...2. On the shipping terms, it says that any order above 99€ the express shipping to France is free, however when I Submit my order I was asked to pay 12€ for express shipping
