This rating may be too harsh, but I do want One stop recovery to learn and upgrade themselves. The procedure of refund ended with success, yes, but it sure took quite a while, and I don’t feel they were really clear about the reasons for that. As I said, the final result was good, so I can’t really complain. I just hope they would be more clear about the refund process on their side and its schedule
