I booked to have a female instructor and the company told me twice that this was possible. Again, after payment I checked and they said it was fine. I was then assigned with Malcolm, who I brought to the attention of the organisers probably wasn't female and they said they would organise a different instructor. Two days before, as I'm boarding to get my flight back to the UK specifically to do this course, I get an email telling me that there is no possibility of doing the course anymore and that if I don't get back to them immediately then they will keep my deposit and continue searching for an instructor for in a few weeks time. There was no apology for their colossal waste of time and still twenty days later I'm waiting for my refund. Wholly unprofessional service and everything they could have f***ed up, they did. Please don't pay above what you should for such a terrible company.
