Superb service. Despite ordering on line only, they have an excellent customer service department who answer the phone and sort out queries instantly. This makes this company stand out from the rest. It is essential to have a person to talk to unlike lots of companies today. We ordered three blinds, they arrived exactly within the time. They were all made to measure, unbelievable service. There was only one issue, one of the blinds was missing part of the fittings. A two minute call and the part was sent by first class courier and arrived next morning. This is what you call outstanding service. The quality of the blinds and the price was exceptional value. My advice, give them a call, you could save yourself a lot of money.
