Ordered 4 ikonic gin glasses. when they arrived they were too small. Emailed several times to ask for a postage refund. No reply .
Checked refund policy and apparently I have to pay for the return postage. Cost £5.50! Wasn't aware of this at the time. Wont use this company again.
