Cellardine Wine Stopper/Saver selected from their website which clearly i.e shows the product I wanted with clear pictures and a code of VSS12. Wrong Stoppers were supplied i.e for WSB10'. Despite returning the incorrect stoppers and paying postage to return, they sent the same INCORRECT product again, stating that these were the VSS12!!!! Not according to their website. Staff member was "snotty" and full of her own importance as "she had packed the return". SAME INCORRECT PRODUCTS. I accept that I lost my temper and swore - BUT CONCEIT, INCOMPETENCE & INDIFFERENCE reign supreme!!!! Would not recommend an organisation that cannot think clearly to resolve Customer's problem with their service and attitude!!!
