Post NL stole my package and holds 0 responsibility for it! They marked my parcel as "delivered" on track and trace when it never actually was! I am home 24/7 coz of the lockdown in the Netherlands and there is no way I could have missed it. So I call the customer service and all of them tell me that this is often the case when in the depot they accidentally scan parcels and the status changes to "delivered" - and then it just stays there! like what???
these "lovely" people, who give 0 f*cks about you and are there just for the interior, then tell me to contact the sender who also tells me that they did everything on their end and it was the post service's responsibility to deliver it to me - makes sense, right? so now I lost 300 euros because someone miss-scanned my parcel and because the status of it now states "delivered" - no one is planning on coming to me and delivering anything! so now some post nl employee is probably enjoying the content of my parcel they got for free - and the most outrageous thing is that - every single review is just like mine!!!!! do you ever f**king read the reviews, post nl??? do you know how many people have lost their money because you are not providing the service you are PAID FOR ?????
I so genuinely wish for all post nl deliverers/employees to lose their money on a non-delivered package just like other people have - perhaps then they will get a little more concerned.
