Honestly, 0 stars.. avoid at all costs. Sent a Christmas present to my mom in November, fastest option available, with tracking.. it got stuck in customs for a week, and they sent no notification.. I paid unwarranted customs charges (value was below 45euro), and then they promptly lost the package. Customer service was no help at all, and the forms you need to contest the customs charges only exist in Dutch.. so unless you speak this niche language you can't actually contest them. At this point it would have literally been cheaper to hop on a plane and hand deliver the present to my mom..
