Bought a pram which arrived with parts missing and had to try to contact them to get them sent out.
Bought a medela swing pump which states in the website ‘returns accepted’ and in their returns policy states that pumps can only be returned if they are unsealed etc (completely understandable). Contacted them to return it as feeding had deteriorated rapidly so had no need for it, only to be told I could return it but then got a phone call apologising for the member of staff hit that she was mistaken and I couldn’t return it despite what their policy said. On arguing the toss I was told that ‘on this occasion, they would accept a return’, but only after I stated I would inform trading standards. Won’t be purchasing through them again.
