Bought a Cot - Not Cheap - Delayed delivery - ridiculous excessive packaging - despite that - part damaged - no telephone contact - eventually got a replacement - yet more ridiculous excessive packaging - Wrong Part for the wrong Cot ! Repeated the process EVENTUALLY the part arrived yet more ridiculous packaging 8 pieces but one of the pieces was all that was needed.
