Don’t bother, I ordered the wrong high chair and emailed as that was the only way to contact them, so decided to purchase the correct high chair and was told they couldn’t cancel the delivery of the wrong item and it would cost me £10 if I don't accept delivery from the courier, I’m sure somewhere down the line it would’ve cost me more in hidden charges to return it, shop with a reputable company
I’ve yet to see what the two high chairs I’m stuck with are like if they are exactly what was ordered, I’ll be taking this matter to trading standards unless my refund is issued before the first chair is returned without any deductions
