Ordered a pram. No news for 2 weeks. When we called they advised that my billing address and shipping address did not match- and that they had therefore categorised my purchase as fraudulent.. Of course they never communicated this to me and took my money two weeks prior! They then proceeded to advise they couldn't give me any info on what was happening, and that all they could do was sent a letter to my (supposedly) incorrect address... Customer service absolute blank. No help and the worst of it is that they said they blocked the ordered to to potential fraud by then took the money weeks prior.
Would never use again - imagine if the pram order was urgent, very disappointing.
