I ordered a cot and dresser with online 4 baby in November 2021. I waited 2 weeks for them to be delivered. When they were the box was completely battered. Even the driver made a comment about the state it was in. Said he would make note of it but the cot should be OK... the cot was not OK. 2 broken parts and nothing to put the cot together. I emailed online 4 baby with pictures. They replied asking me to state the parts using the instructions. What instructions? I didn't have any included. I explained this and they went quiet. No response at all. I emailed 5 times throughout the next week. Tried calling but the number just tells you to go online and calls can't be taken. I now understand why. They must have so many complaints due to service they won't take calls. I finally received a call from them a week and a half later. Jodie was the lady who called and told me she couldn't compensate only ask for another delivery. I said I needed this within the next week as I have a 7 month old with no cot. If not I'd like refund. She told me she couldn't refund until it was picked up but could only be picked up if a van happened to be in the area. I then received a message offering the replacement to be delivered 6th January 2022. This is now a month after original delivery. I need a cot for my daughter so have requested money back to purchase elsewhere... guess what? No response. It isn't my problem they don't already have a van in the area. This is the error of online 4 baby so they should have arranged a van to be in the area, not wait until one is for something else. Will definitely not be using this company again. Absolute shambles and service is horrendous. I wouldn't even give the company one star but It wasn't possible to do the review without one.
