Completely unimpressed and disappointed by the service I have received. My nursery furniture was meant to arrive today so I took the day off. 8am it estimates 12.30 delivery, this got later and later until by 5pm it was estimated to arrive at 7.45pm which was concerning as they only deliver until 8pm. Shortly after this my tracking link expired and I couldn't find a company contact number anywhere. I emailed asking if it is still due today and they responded saying it is not a regular parcel so delays are to be expected, and that it is still due to arrive. It is now 8pm and I'm left with no idea if or when it is arriving as no one has updated me! Plus a wasted day off taken to be home to receive goods.
Funny how if you're not home to take delivery in they charge £55, yet they are this incompetent and have left me stressed at 6 months pregnant not knowing what's happening!
