I will be taking this further. In the process of writing a letter to head office and getting advice from the ombudsman. 1. I received the cot bed in an awful condition broken and not fit for purpose. It’s a gamble whether items will come broken or not from them. 2. I contacted customer service and the first time they sent a replacement and the replacement parts. When they came they came in a disgusting condition. The wood had completely split (surely they would check this before sending out) the boxes also looked like it had been open. Furthermore, the part they sent out had 2 parts, they only sent one side out of the cot bed. I am honestly disgusted. They have now been ignoring my WhatsApp messages, emails and live chat messages. I have now had to result to contacting them on Facebook, instagram and I have even called them out on my posts. Also, I am in the process of taking proceedings against them to get my money back as this is the second delivery now they have sent faulty parts and missing parts. I’ve had to buy a replacement bed off a reputable company as a temporary for now for little one as she is without a bed otherwise. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, better to pay the little extra than to go through this hassle of broken parts and being ignored. Wish I read all the reviews before I had purchased anything from them.
