Ordered nursery set costing over £1000 on 1st Dec with estimated deliver early Feb. I was offered end Feb delivery date but they only deliver one day a week in my area so had to reject several delivery date. Finally got delivery on 24th March and delivery driver informed me 1/3 pieces was missing.
If that was going to be the case and they had informed us earlier i may have cancelled as it will be a massive hassle to try and get the missing piece delivered due to their one day a week delivery - im on maternity leave so very flexible but still it will be difficult.
Since Friday I have been trying to converse with them on WhatsApp but have been ignored now since Saturday. Same on Twitter, bring completely ignored. We have a huge pile of boxes in our house but can’t unpack until we know we are going to get the missing piece.
We either want the set picked up this week from our house with full refund (and I will not be waiting in 8-8 for this) or we want delivery date of missing piece confirmed.
