Absolutely appalling customer service. Took payment for items that were obviously not in stock. Back and forth emails for a week. I agreed for them to send me replacement items for the products not in stock - for them to not have these products either. Promised delivery dates were never met and then finally got an email saying products would arrive on 14th May. Today is the 2nd April. If the items are NOT in stock in your warehouse, then do not allow people to take payments for those items on your website.
Have now been told to wait possibly 30 days for my refund after cancelling the order. First and very last time I use this company.
