This company is the worst, ordered a cot at the beginning of JUNE and it stated PRE ORDER ....fine i was happy to wait until the 25th June that’s when it said I would be receiving the delivery.
However no emails to say it had been dispatched so on the Thursday 25th of June I tried to call (obviously no luck) then emailed I got an email to say it wouldn’t be arriving until the end of July 29th hmmmmmm it’s all apparently due to COVID why they can’t deliver on time or even kindly tell you that it will be late.
Can’t blame COVID for rubbish customer service. I responded to tell them that and ask for an immediate refund it’s been 6 days and I have still had no response or refund. There clearly thief’s.
****Avoid —- hopefully they will get shut down (fingers crossed)
