I used online4baby to order an entire travel system for my baby. They used DPD to deliver it and it was delivered to a closed door that I don't recognise, with no note and wasn't signed for. DPD confirmed to me that the driver was at the incorrect GPS location and that they have 'resolved the case with the seller'. Online4baby won't reply to any emails, and do not have a working contact telephone number. They have clearly received my payment for the travel system, AND DPD's refund and are pocketing this without refunding me. DO NOT use this website, they do not care about customer service and are obviously money hungry. I am down £100s and can't do anything about it.
