Terrible customer service. We bought a cot and a mattress, but we couldn't use them because the mattress is much smaller (4 cm in width and 2 cm in height) that what stated in the certificate, leaving a big gap with the sides of the cot. We also sent them some pictures to describe the issue but after almost 1 month of email reminders and no telephone number to call, they told me that they only produce 2 types of mattress, so what I received is the correct one and if I wanted to return it anyway, I could do it only if in the original packaging, which was not the case anymore. As a consequence, I now have to buy a new mattress at my expense.
