Avoid, avoid, avoid what an absolute terrible company. I ordered a nursery furniture set which, they sent the incorrect colour dresser. I contacted them the same day it took them 10 days to email back saying I needed to send it back even though it was there fault. After a further 5 days I finally found a number and contacted them they said I need to find a box big enough for the dresser in the pandemic. After another 10 days when I managed to source a box big enough I was then told I had to wait in between 8amand 6pm for them to pick the dresser up and they would not exchange the same time. So I waited they collected then when it was scanned in at there warehouse I was told I had to wait 48 hours for it to be unloaded by there warehouse. Again another 7 days passed and finally they called to say they were awaiting stock of the correct colour. Once it was in stock I again had to wait in all day and finally it was resolved after about 5 weeks. Please bare in mind I am heavily pregnant the customer service and customer service manager were no help at all. The worst company I have ever dealt with no compassion no apology even though it was there fault. Do not put yourself through the stress and avoid. Awful company and awful staff
