Made to pay £20 to return a falsely advertised product
I’m feeling very frustrated that I have to pay £20 to return a pram that was falsely advertised. On the website, it states the pram is tested beyond standard weight. On Joie’s website, it says the pram is suitable for up to 22kg. The pram is no bigger than the original pram I have had since my now 2 year old was born. Since the average child doesn’t reach 22kg until the age of 7, I was expecting a bigger pram. My toddler is small for her age yet would outgrow this pram in not long at all. Online4baby insisted that I would have to pay to return the item.
