I purchased an electric window regulator for my VY Commodore in May. I was putting the window down and there was a loud crack, followed by the window dropping into the door cavity. I contacted OnlineAutoParts by email, included photos of the broken regulator which had come away from the spot welds, requesting a replacement under warranty as the part was only 5 months old. I was very happy to receive a response on the same day, advising they would send a replacement ASAP. The part arrived the next day, and I have installed that afternoon.
