I am new to ordering stuff from Online Auto Parts. Ordered some rear wheel bearings for one of my daughter's car. Service was brilliant, parts arrived when they said they were going to and they were good quality. However, I had a problem with my next order, ball joints for the other daughter's car. There was a mix up with supply and I was not going to get them in time. A quick call to the support desk and they refunded no questions asked. They did offer to express post for free. This is all I can ask from a supplier, when there is an issue. Not everything goes smoothly and I will definitely look at buying stuff from these guys again.
