So Nationwide Building Society fall out with me because I've had to complain on three occasions within 2 weeks. I wrote to the CEO and complained about their inconsistencies and lack of substance over their decision making over Covid so today, they call me up at 12pm and say they are closing my account today with over £4,000 in it. Now I have no money at all to survive until they send me a cheque and for me to open another account and they wait for the cheque to clear. This means I am going to have NO money for at least 7 to 10 days!!!! I can't buy any food, I can't put fuel in my car to get to my hospital appointment, I can't do anything!!!
