Firstly they actually don't understand English and their customer service have no clue what's happening.
For some unknown reason my parcel was sent back from their courier, GLE, I was given no update at all and had to ask for info. Of which they didn't provide.
They are cheap, because they don't actually deliver.
Still waiting for someone serious in customer service to reply.
