ANOTHER WEBSTORE OWNED BY AUTODOC Purchased a complete set of brand new front and rear brake calipers, discs and pads for a Toyota Land Cruiser (in addition to many other items). Had to wait nearly TWO WEEKS for delivery - THEY ARE NOT UK BASED (actually Berlin). One of the rear calipers was faulty out of the box and Autodoc's response is for me to complete a mass of "warranty" information, send endless photos and wait... A full day charged for a mobile mechanic basically wasted because he couldn't complete his work. I'm going to be out of pocket for the mechanic to return and complete the job, but I am STILL WAITING on Autodoc to get their act together and send me a timely replacement. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
