I put in my registration into the generator to find the correct headlight for my car, I ordered one costing over £200 and began to fit it as I fitted it and tried it out and the running lights was faulty and wasn’t working, therefore I emailed them with photo and video evidence and was told to send the headlight back and request a refund. Weeks went by and hadn’t heard a thing so I called them myself and was told they had not received the parcel yet. Another month went by and I contacted them myself again about the refund and was promised I would get a full refund 3-5 working days, as the 5 days was over I had not received anything so had to contact them back myself and was told I would not be getting a refund because there was a couple fitting marks in the back of the headlight, ( how am I meant to know the headlight works without fitting it?) and was told no one told me I would get a refund and there was no evidence of that phone call ever existing even though I have the time and date of the phone call but was told it never happened. After being on the phone going round in circles I was offered £9.99 back for sending the parcel out of the over £200 I paid for a faulty lamp. A Month went by (4 months after the first email ) and have just received the same faulty lamp that I originally sent back to get a refund but with some parts missing from the headlight. Absolutely disgrace of a car parts company and should be ashamed of themselves not only not getting a refund but getting the same faulty lamp with parts missing so I can’t do anything with.
