Took 7 months, back and forth, "we forgot to include this form; court needs this signed now", etc. Even emailed me papers to sign with another clients name on them! My divorce was uncontested, no children, no property...couldn't have been easier. Continued to charge me $34.99 a month, totaling up to $600ish in the end, but didn't explain that the only benefit was access to change my forms, which I didn't need to since I completed them in the beginning. Now in month 7, the "papers have been filed with the court", and still I wait. Do your research. There are way too many options available.
