Excellent service. I tried Boots Online Doctor because I was confident in being supported by a well established business who have years of medical knowledge and experience of customer service. I had to provide a few answers to relevant questions and was given a prescription within 24 hours. No need to fight my corner asking for help as it’s often felt like in the past with my own GP. Also happy with the online access to consult with a medical expert if I needed to ask any questions, didn’t have to wait weeks to ask something simple. Would happily recommend this service :)
