THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULANT BEWARE!!!
This company is appalling please be aware that they will keep your money even though they are in the wrong!
Please read my email to them posted below. I will be posting this message on every review site I can find.
I still have not received my refund or any contact from this fraudulent company and my credit card company is now in the process of resolving it for me under section 75 of the credit consumers act.
Please read other reviews before using this fraudulent company.
Dear sir/madam
After numerous telephone conversations to your company asking when I can expect to receive my glasses (I had returned them to you because I could not get on with the varifocals) were finally delivered to my neighbour today 20/08/2022 at 11:35 I collected them at 12:00.
I called your company on Monday 15th asking when I can expect to receive my glasses and was told that they would be “posted later that day”.
I called again on Tuesday 16th asking if they had been posted because I had not received the email with the tracking number and was told “Yes they have definitely been posted and the tracking number is the same as the original one and I will resend it to you” I did not receive any emails.
I have checked the tracking number that is on the delivery envelope and it clearly shows that they were posted on19/08/2022 that was yesterday!
As soon as I took them out of the case I could tell that they were not the right lenses they were far too thick and heavy.
My Armani glasses that I got from you have only ‘Thin’ lenses and weigh 21 grams my O’Neil sunglasses that you reglazed for me also only have ‘Thin’ lenses weigh 22 grams. The Ralph Lauren glasses that you have just sent to me are supposed to have the Ultra-light lenses and weigh 32 grams! The lenses at the bottom are 3mm thick! That is unacceptable.
I returned the glasses to you on Thursday 28//07/2022 and you received them on Monday 31/07/2022. As soon as I saw that they had been delivered to you I called you to explained that I was flying to Canada on 24/08/2022 and asked if you could expedite the order you said “That will be no problem I have written on the order in large letters that this is urgent”.
I placed this order on 27/06/2022 this was nearly two months ago I ordered them early because the last time I ordered a frame from you I waited two weeks before calling you only to be told that they were not in stock and the very same thing happened with these frames! You did not tell me that they were out of stock! You had to send out a different coloured frame to get things moving that was two weeks wasted. I should have gone to Vision express I would not have had to make all the phone calls and would not have had all this stress AND I would have a pair of glasses to wear in Canada.
Please note that it has taken me over two hours to calm down enough to write this email.
I will be calling you on Monday 22nd requesting a returns label and a FULL refund including all postage.
I look forward to your reply.
