**** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY **** I hope this review reaches anyone who considers buying from Online Opticians. I will spell this out for you as clearly as I can - THEY ARE NOT A REAL COMPANY, THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. I ordered some glasses, supposedly with a 3-5 working day delivery time. A fortnight later they had not arrived so I emailed them. No response. I emailed again. Nothing. I contacted them through the appropriate form on their website. Nothing. I tweeted them. Nothing. I emailed again. Finally, someone responded with a weak excuse saying their IT systems were down. If that were the case, why not say it at check out on the website? Why not put a banner up on the site? Why not put it out as a tweet? They can take your money just fine, so some systems must be up and running. They reassured me that the order would be finished on Monday and I'd have the glasses by the end of the week. Two weeks after that...NOTHING. No glasses and, after another two emails, still no replies. If you are stupid enough to use this company, at least go through PayPal so you can get your money back. Otherwise, leave these 'people' alone and hopefully, within a few years, they will disappear. I wish I didn't have to give them any stars at all for this review. They do nothing except take your money and then ignore you. I say again - **** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ****
